Returns and Refunds

Please choose carefully before purchasing, or ask us for some advice.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you received please don’t hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.

 

If you have changed your mind:

We do not accept returns for change of mind unless agreement is made with Ultimate Pet.

In this instance items must be returned unopened, unused, and with intact original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please contact us before sending a return. Once the item/s are received, we will contact you to arrange replacement products or if eligible a refund.

Used or damaged products will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

 

If your package arrives damaged:

Please supply photos asap to adam@thegoodlifebackyard.com.au

  

If your order is missing an item/s:

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

 

Refunds:

Please allow up to seven days for refunds to be processed. Times may vary depending on your bank or how you paid.
